We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: the estimate request form, the Book Online form, the footer contact form, and the price calculator. Depending on the form, that includes:

The estimate form also gives you the option to upload photos of your project so we can quote the work more accurately.
Our TubVision preview tool asks you to upload a photo of your bathtub and to enter your email address before showing your preview.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to do what you asked us to do:
- Responding to your estimate request or question
- Scheduling and confirming your appointment
- Preparing your quote, including referencing photos you upload
- Creating and emailing your TubVision preview
Links to the photos you upload (including TubVision before and after images) are emailed to our office so our team can prepare your estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for marketing without your permission.
Service providers who process your information
We use a small number of third-party providers to run the site and deliver your requests:
- Vercel hosts this website and provides the cloud storage where uploaded photos and files are kept. Stored files are reachable only through unguessable URLs.
- Resend delivers the transactional emails that carry your form submissions to our office and our replies back to you.
- Google (Gemini AI) processes the tub photos you submit through TubVision to generate your refinished preview image.
Photos submitted through TubVision are processed by our AI provider to create the preview and are retained in cloud storage so our team can reference them for your estimate. They are not sold, and they are not used for marketing without your permission.
Spam protection
Our forms use a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting to block automated spam. We do not use CAPTCHA.
No accounts, no online sales, no tracking cookies
This site does not offer user accounts and does not sell products online, so there are no passwords, order histories, or payment details stored here. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
Data retention and your choices
We keep form submissions and uploaded photos for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our records. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing bathroomsurfacesolutions@gmail.com or calling 503-227-0826.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
