Duration & exclusions
Qualifying projects are backed by our written 10-year warranty. Exact coverage, exclusions and care requirements are provided in writing with your estimate, so you know precisely what your project carries before any work begins. Care requirements
Keeping your warranty in good standing is simple:
- Wait for the coating to fully cure before first use. Our technicians return to re-caulk all seams, edges, and drains once the coating has cured, before the fixture goes back into service.
- Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to prevent soap scum buildup. As with a new bathtub, abrasive cleaners can dull the finish and shine.
- Don't let a leaky faucet go unrepaired. Fix leaks promptly to protect the refinished surface.
Commercial projects
For commercial and multi-unit projects, including property-management work, warranty terms are provided with your commercial estimate.
